The support of workers on the shop floor optimally is achieved by the concept of an administrator/worker modus and so-called measurement templates.
By assigning configured measurements to a template the worker has just to select the name of the measurement and can use this template during his shift.
Presettings like the order number e.g. can be stored for a whole measurement sequence.
The administrator prepares the templates dedicated to the need of the production. He can configure the number and type of measurements and the additional data which is required like the
product identifier. He supervises the process of measuring and can control it from his desk in his office.
